How Does Renting Work?
We often get asked how our rentals services work. Here is the breakdown!
1. Picking an outfit: Please browse our website to see what products we have. You may also visit our social media pages to see videos of some outfits. If you would like to try on an outfit, you are more than welcome to visit our storage facility to try on by APPOINTMENT only. Since the storage facility is operated by the owner who owns the keys, APPOINTMENTS are necessary so that the owner may unlock the gate and guide you.

2. Payment: After you have picked an outfit, please make the full payment and specify if you will be picking up or if you need our delivery services. You may pay in many different options: Cash, Zelle, PayPal on website, Credit Card on website, or through shop.
3. Agreement Forms: Fill out ALL required agreement forms. We have agreement forms for rentals, deliveries, and catering dishes. Pick the appropriate forms that fit your purchase. All forms require your ID that has your picture and address stated. This is to protect our products from getting damaged, lost, or stolen.
4. Rental Days: You now have the outfit for 2 whole days. A day of rental ends at 8:00 PM. The outfit must be returned by 8:00 PM of the 2nd Day to avoid getting charged for an extra day of rental. You also have the option of renting for additional days at low prices. However, we only allow rentals to be up to 7 days, no more than 7 days.
5. End of Rental: You may drop off the outfit at the owners home address or pickup services at low prices are available to save you from making a trip.
